The ONS is the UK’s largest independent producer of official statistics and its recognised national statistical institute. Glenigan is now a member of their Construction Statistics Steering Group and is providing industry knowledge and expertise to improve and develop industry statistics.
Following a competitive tender process, Glenigan has been appointed to supply construction planning data to the Department for Levelling Up, Housing and Communities (formerly the Ministry of Housing, Communities & Local Government), the Cabinet Office and Homes England. Glenigan has a long-term strategic Partnership with the Building Research Establishment to share accreditation data on its BREEAM standard. BREEAM code type, stage, Rating and actual points score is all published on projects along with the date of report and the assessors details. This allows Glenigan clients to identify projects placing a focus on sustainability and pinpoint opportunities for environmentally-friendly products.
For several years, BRE SMARTSite have contributed to Glenigan’s annual UK Industry Performance Report, providing statistical analysis on environmental KPIs within construction. Through their SMARTWaste and YellowJacket products, they offer environmental and health & safety monitoring software, enabling companies to save time, money, the environment and lives.
