• TSL Projects leads the table, having secured the £269 million design and build contract at Symmetry Park, Kettering (Glenigan ID: 24207455). The project, commissioned by Tritex Big Box, will deliver over 214,000 sqm of warehousing and distribution space.
• Balfour Beatty follows closely, with a £211 million contract for the expansion of Rolls-Royce Submarines’ Raynesway site in Derby (Glenigan ID: 23188701). The scheme, due to start in 2027, includes 184,064 sqm of advanced manufacturing and office space, targeting a BREEAM Excellent rating.
• In third place, Winvic continues its strong performance in logistics, delivering a £84 million scheme for GLP at Magna Park, Lutterworth (Glenigan ID: 23104942). The development will provide 70,699 sqm of warehouse and office space (pictured).
• Glencar is also among the top-performing construction companies in the East Midlands, following its appointment to build a £72.6 million logistics facility for Amatrix Grantham at Spittalgate (Glenigan ID: 21264742), scheduled for completion later this year.
