Shepherd Construction Ltd has been awarded a contract by J Sainsbury Plc and Muse Developments for the construction of a 5,662 sqm supermarket at Central Business District, Talbot Road in Blackpool. Works for the £20 million scheme are due to start on site in January 2013. The scheme was designed by Leach Rhodes Walker Architects.
