Contractors appointed on £900m framework

A full list of successful contractors has been announced for a £900 million development framework. The contract has been put in place by Westminster City Council, in conjunction with Westminster Community Homes and City West Homes to develop a number of sites in Westminster as part of the City Council's Regeneration, Housing Renewal and Community Build programmes. Affinity Sutton, Grosvenor, Berkeley Homes, Redrow, Higgins, Bouygues, Willmott Dixon and Mace have been appointed to carry out the works during the next four years.
