Contractors awarded housing framework

Breyer and MITIE have been awarded repair and maintenance services of building installations contract for A2Dominion Group's 33 000 homes located across London, Central and southern England. The Programme has been divided into two geographical areas: South (Lot A) and London (Lot B). As it was originally intended, selected contractors will enter into a joint venture with the Contracting Authorities to manage the delivery of responsive maintenance and voids repairs works to be carried out by the joint ventures.
