Contractors sought for housing development

Knowsley Metropolitan Borough Council is inviting pre-qualification responses for a suitably qualified contractor to develop surplus land within the borough under a building licence arrangement. The development envisaged will be a mixture of affordable housing and housing for sale. The package of residential development sites of around 65 acres which has the capacity to deliver in excess of 600 homes. Expression of interest are invited until the 4th March 2013 - 15:00. The contract is anticipated to commence on the 18th March 2014.
