Contractors sought for housing improvements

Expressions of interest are invited by Tandridge District Council from suitably qualified and experienced contractors who are registered with "Constructionline" and listed under the relevant category of Doors (PVCU) and Glazing, Windows (PVCU), operational location of The South East, Greater London area and who wish to be considered in the provision of:

The maintenance, repair and upgrade of existing PVC-u windows and door and the PVC-u replacement of existing windows and doors to council owned and leasehold houses and flats.

This is a single contract for both elements of this work over 7 years contract duration, commencing in April 2013, with a provision of extend this for a further 3 years. Annual budget for this contract is in the region of £140,000. The division between new installations and maintenance is £88,000 and £52,000.

Key Dates are - Return deadline for PQQ - Noon on Friday 13th July, 2012. Commencement of contract - 1st April, 2013.
