Glenigan attends inaugural construction event

A team of Glenigan experts will be attending the first Construction News Summit in London on 24 October.

 

Glenigan Content Director Robert Davis and Economics Director Allan Wilen will be among the attendees at the event, intended to bring together major contractors, politicians and economists from across the construction industry.

 

A number of high profile speakers will take to the stage throughout the day to discuss construction-related topics including transport, education, preventing stop-start infrastructure and how the industry will do business in five years’ time.

 

These include former Chancellor of the Exchequer Alistair Darling, Crossrail CEO Andrew Wolstenholme, Nick Pollard, CEO of UK Construction at Balfour Beatty and David Smith, Economics Editor at The Sunday Times.

 

The Glenigan team will be meeting delegates to discuss key issues facing the sector today and sharing their construction forecasts for 2014.
