Orbit and Chartway exchange contracts with West Kent College over £30m redevelopment scheme

Plans for a £30m scheme to turn a Kent College campus into housing have taken a step forward. A joint venture of housing association Orbit and property firm Chartway exchanged contracts with West Kent College over the Ashford scheme. The project will see 158 mixed-tenure homes created at the former Kent College campus site on Jemmett Road.
