Plans submitted for Aldi store

Detailed plans have been submitted for a scheme by Aldi Food Stores Ltd at Washdyke Lane in Immingham. This scheme comprises of the conversion to form a new Aldi supermarket of 1,894sqm, to include the construction of a single storey extension of 88sqm to the loading/warehouse area and service ramp, also alterations to elevations and associated car parking. Harris Partnership Ltd are the architects who designed this £1.9 million scheme.

Fit out works started on supermarket

Work has started on site for the alterations and fit-out of the proposed new Asda store at the Manchester Road Retail Park in Manchester Road at Heaton Norris, Stockport. ISG Plc started this work on 11th August 2014 and will complete it on 3rd October 2014. Works include the construction of the home shopping canopy and marshalling area. HGP Architects are the architects involved in this £850,000 scheme.

Tenders have been returned for a comprehensive cancer care centre

Bidders have now returned tenders for the new Comprehensive Cancer Care Centre to be built in Liverpool. A main contractor is expected to be awarded during October,2014 for the £65m development. The Contracting Authority is The Clatterbridge Cancer Centre NHS Foundation Trust.
