Bouygues UK has won a £27m design and build deal for a Morgan Capital Partners London office.

Plans announced for retail & leisure development

Proposals have been announced for a retail and leisure development at Westbridge Park in Stone. Stafford Borough Council is proposing the construction of a new leisure centre with swimming pool, along with a M&S Simply Food store. The proposal is going to the Council's Cabinet for approval on December 11th 2014.
