Vinci starts on site at Poole Hospital

Vinci Construction a joint venture partner with IHP Healthcare Services through the ProCure 21+ procurement process have commenced on site at St Ann's Hospital in Poole. The £35m development includes repairs to the east end of the listed building, replacement of existing metal staircase and alterations to existing reception counter and also construction of two 2-storey (plus plant storey) building in site to accommodate a 82-bed long stay ward, 16-bed male treatment ward and 14-bed AAU ward, provision of a new combined entrance to and extension of the existing 1980's building.
