The general election is almost upon us and big changes could be ahead for the construction industry. But do any of the political parties really have the best interests of the UK’s built environment at the heart of their agenda?
UK Construction Week wants to know what you think, which is why we’ve teamed up with our official knowledge partner Glenigan to launch our View of the Industry general election survey.
There are only nine questions, which should take you less than three minutes to complete, and you could be in with a chance of winning two tickets to the British Grand Prix at Silverstone on Sunday 5 July 2015.

1. The competition is not open to employees or their families of the Media 10, their agents or anyone professionally connected with the promotion.
2. The prize consists of two general admission tickets to the race day of the British Grand Prix at Silverstone, on Sunday 5th July 2015. Travel and accommodation is not included.
3. There is no cash or other alternative in whole or in part. However, the promoter reserves the right to offer a suitable alternative of equal or greater value if circumstances arise beyond their control.
4. No purchase necessary.
5. No responsibility is accepted for entries which are lost, corrupted, incomplete or for any failure to capture entry information. Use of false details will result in disqualification. The winner will be drawn by the promoter at random.
6. The winner will be notified by email in the first instance. If the potential winner cannot be contacted or the prize notification is returned or is undeliverable, such potential winner forfeits all rights to any prize and an alternate winner may be selected.
7. The promoter’s decision in respect of all matters to do with the competition will be final and no correspondence will be entered into.
8. The promoter shall not be responsible for damages, losses or liabilities of any kind, including without limitation, direct, indirect or consequential loss or damages arising out of or in relation to the prize draw.
9. Entry indicates acceptance of these terms and conditions as final and binding. Entries that are not in accordance with the terms and conditions will be disqualified.
10. The prize draw will be governed by English law and is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
